TFS Funding Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the TFS International Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Program. By signing up and participating as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

• • “TFS International B.V.,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to TFS International, the company offering this Affiliate Program.

• • “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity participating in the Program.

3. Affiliate Registration

3.1. To join our Affiliate Program, you must complete the affiliate registration process accurately and provide all required information.

3.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Commissions and Rewards

4.1. You will earn a commission for eligible referrals that result in qualified actions, as outlined in our affiliate program details.

4.2. Commissions and Rewards:

Silver Tier: 5.00% commission rate for affiliates with 25 or more active referrals.

Platinum Tier: 10.00% commission rate for affiliates with 50 or more active referrals.

Gold Tier: 15.00% commission rate for affiliates with 75 or more active referrals.

• 4.3. Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule and method specified in the affiliate program details.

4.4. Commissions may be subject to adjustments for chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent transactions.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

5.1. You agree to promote TFS International using ethical and legal marketing practices.

5.2. You will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or illegal advertising or marketing activities.

5.3. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of your marketing materials and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Branding and Marketing

6.1. You may use TFS International approved promotional materials and logos for marketing purposes.

6.2. Any alterations to TFS International branding or materials must be approved in writing by TFS International.

7. Termination

7.1. TFS International reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

7.2. You may terminate your participation in the Program by providing written notice to TFS International.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared with you as part of the Program.

9. Modification of Terms

TFS International may modify these Terms at any time. Notification of changes will be provided to affiliates via email or by posting the updated Terms on the affiliate portal.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
