Upon successful payment for any of our programs, you will promptly receive an email containing login credentials to access your simulated trading platform.
Please note that once this information is sent to you, we are unable to process any refunds.

Dispute Policy

Clients who improperly initiate charge disputes or request chargebacks through their bank will face permanent suspension from accessing our Platform. We encourage you to reach out to our support if you have any questions or concerns.
